We will repay upto Rs.50 towards your shipping costs, subject to your product being received back in its original condition.

CAN ALL PRODUCTS BE RETURNED?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. In general, we all accept returns for all our products,per the policy above, with the following exceptions:
Contact Lenses: These would be acceptable only if they are returned in an undamaged condition, with the sealed outer packaging intact.
Eyewear: [Eyeglasses, sunglasses, Power Sunglasses
Scratches on frame or lens that were not present at the time of delivery. We do a rigorous 3-step quality check to ensure that the product reaches you in perfect condition.
Once the product has been returned to us in its original condition, we will refund the money back to you via the original mode of payment.
If you have paid online through a credit/debit card the refund will be processed on the same card.
If you have paid through Cash On Delivery (COD), your money will be refunded via NEFT to your bank account. Once you initiate the returns process we will send you a link to enter your bank details for refund.
How much time to take for my cancellation amount?
Based on the return method chosen it normally takes 10-16 business days for you to get a refund issued against your return, assuming that the product is received back to us in its original condition.
