What is the 7 day return policy?

Ans: We only accept returns for defective (damaged or manufacturing fault) products. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +91 8188881661 with a photo or video of the defect. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Ans: Simply send a clear photo or short video of the defect on WhatsApp to +91 8188881661. Our team will respond within 24 hours and guide you through the resolution process.

 Is there a warranty on frames and lenses?

Ans: No WARRANTY on Eyeglass & Sunglasses. We cover lens coating peel-off  defects on lens not on Scratches, normal wear and tear, and accidental damage are not covered.
